We worked with Rob on selecting both carpeting and vinyl flooring. He made good recommendations, and the project worked out well. Special kudos to Joe and Chris, the installers, who really know their craft.

What a wonderful experience! Purchasing flooring is an investment and it can be very emotional and overwhelming. Mary made the process so much easier. To make a long story short, Mary was exceptional! She knows her product well, she takes the time to get to know her customers and she recommends products based on that. She isn't afraid to wipe the slate clean and start all over.

I changed my mind multiple times and she went through the hoops with a cheery demeanor. I splurged on the carpet and the pad and I am thrilled! It is so soft and comfortable and makes my whole house look different. It is a life-changer. Mary made this possible. Purchased Hunter-Douglas blinds and love them. I found David Grigg's to be priced competitively. Nicole came to my home to measure and helped me pick out a color that would compliment my home. I later went to the showroom and Nicole assisted me in choosing a gorgeous area rug.

I know they do a lot of large and high-end projects and my project was definitely small and low-end but they treated me like my project was the most important job they had. The installers, Joe and Chris, are the best in the business and Mary project managed the job so well it made me sorry I couldn't leave multiple projects in her hands. Thanks Dave Griggs!

Mary Garrity and the installers at Dave Griggs' have done several projects for me, and every time, they have impressed me with their ability to adapt both to the unusual spaces (lvp against irregular stone walls, and rooms that are out-of-plumb), and to our schedule. As we make plans for future renovations, we love knowing that the floors will always be the easiest part with their help. Mary in particular is a cheerful, knowledgeable guide, and has been an absolutely delightful point person. I can't recommend her highly enough!

When spending a chunk of change on your home, it's always good to feel like you made a good decision. It's important that you choose the right product and get a good price at the same time. Mary was great at helping us find the right carpet for our needs and worked with us to make sure we got the best deal possible. They were great to work with and back their products and service. I would use them again!

Because the flooring in our log home was aging we needed to replace it and decided to go with vinyl that had a hardwood look. We provided Nichole at DGFA with a detailed statement of work we wanted to have done. Not only did we want the existing flooring replaced, but also wanted to have our stair steps sanded and re-stained. And to complicate matters, due to the nature of our home there were some technical challenges regarding how some of the trim needed to be installed.

A custom solution was needed. Nichole put us into contact with a local carpenter who was able to both overcome the technical trim challenges, and to sand and re-stain the stair steps. The end result is that we are extremely happy with the quality of the workmanship of both the flooring installers and the carpenter, and also with the professionalism of Nichole when working with us. We would definitely recommend DGFA to anyone!

We recently finished up our entire house with new flooring from Dave Griggs. This was a two step project over a two year period. Mike Walz helped us throughout the project. What a great guy! His knowledge and experience was truly most helpful. Both installer teams did great jobs. Got to put in a special thanks to our most recent installers - John Young and crew.
