Having lived in Santa Cruz for many years, I have very low expectations for home contractors here. Much of the time people are very slow to return calls, and some don't ever call back at all. When they do finally call, it takes them weeks to get to you for an estimate. Once they do get you an estimate, it takes them forever to schedule the work.

Crow's Quality Flooring did a wonderful job for which I am truly thankful. Unfortunately I had tenants that had been incredibly rough with the wooden floors. The floors were left with dark stains and deep gashes in several rooms. I was doubtful that they could be returned to their original condition, but wanted to make them look as good as possible for future tenants. Crow's arrived exactly on time to inspect everything and provide a quote.
They were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Timing was of the essence for me as I needed to re-rent the home as soon as possible. I was very happy that they were able to juggle their schedule to squeeze me in early. Then, when everything was complete - I have to say that I was totally overjoyed! The floors looked brand new - better than I had even hoped for. Beautiful, outstanding work! Thank you Crow's!

My house is fifty years old, and no one had paid any attention to the hardwood floors. I was hoping some of the color would come back, but the water stains and sun damage I thought was beyond repair. I was amazed at the work John and his crew did. My floors look brand new. I could not be more pleased with the work, and would highly recommend Crow's flooring. From the first phone call to the final product, a complete professional operation.

I just cannot say enough good things about John. He recently installed wood floors throughout about 1000 sq. ft. of our home in connection with our whole house remodel. Our wood planks varied widely in color (we like the farmhouse look!), and John did an amazing job, paying meticulous attention to the placement of each and every plank so that it came out looking beyond gorgeous. He was super responsive, always on time and super proactive. We highly recommend John and look forward to working with him again on our next project!

We just had our hardwood floors refinished by Crows Quality Flooring, and we are delighted. The floors are absolutely beautiful! John is not only easy to deal with, he is meticulous in his work. My husband has some significant lung problems and was concerned about the dust. Not only did John reassure him and explain the process, but when we returned to the house after the project was finished we found no dust of any significance and my husband has had no lung problem at all. We have already recommended John to two of our friends.

We knew from our first meeting that John and his team paid attention to the small things, the sort of things that may not seem like much at first but that would in the end cause the project to balloon. Attention to detail at all stages of the project gave us confidence in the outcome. Sure enough, the floors are nearly flawless, expertly installed and finished, and a joy to behold. Did I mention I'm picky? So is John, and he's your guy for quality work. We'll recommend CQF for hardwood flooring to any of our friends.

Crow's Flooring is currently doing our hardwood floors in our home as we speak, I am beyond impressed with how well John and his crew have treated us. We got 4 bids, and he took the most time with us and listened to every individual detail as we are picky people. It's been two days into the project and I can't believe how kind he is and how great the work is. We have had numerous other people do remodel work on our house and he is beyond the BEST hands down!
