We are new to area. We closed on our house and within the hour was in Creative Carpet, Ordered all our flooring thru out whole house and they are remodeling our master bathroom. Their friendly helpful, knowledgeable staff has been very kind and been out same day to measure and estimated job with in 2 days of in all we have ordered. Quick to put us on books for jobs to be complete, less than a month wait for job to be begin. Happy with cost of product and installation. Lots of products choices. We are excited for all to be complete.

Unfortunately, this company isn't reliable. The gentleman who was scheduled to come to measure for carpet, never showed, and made me later for work. He never called. I called and was told the weather was too bad for him to come measure. When he did finally come to measure a time or two later after scheduled I never got my complete estimate. I have called three times in the last month to request the estimate and always get an excuse as to why I was not called back with the estimate and told they will call me back. It sadenss me to see a local company treat people like this, especially people trying to shop local.
