We couldn't be more impressed. AMAZING experience from beginning to end! Jeff Balderree was our designer/salesperson and he was really awesome to work with. My wife and I are very indecisive by nature and he spent a tremendous amount of time helping us choose just the right flooring for our home. As far as the installation goes. I actually lost a bet with my wife. They told her they'd have both floors of our 2,900 sf home done in only 2 days which I thought was impossible. Incredibly, they pulled it off and it looks fantastic!

We have used Cascade twice now. Working with Jeff in the showroom has been great. He's knowledgeable and so helpful. Just had carpet installed by Jake and Frank and they did an excellent job. Right on and time, fast installation, and the carpet looks beautiful. Would highly recommend Cascade for all your house needs.

I recently has my floors replaced and my fireplace re-tiled. Jeff was awesome to work with--he was fun, creative, and flexible. Dan and Frank were the installers and really took the time to let me be involved. they were quick but really efficient. There were a few transition strips that were loose after installation, and they came back out and quickly refastened them. I am so incredibly happy with my new floors and fireplace! I will be returning for more tiling in the bathroom, so I hope they are ready to work with ME again!

We had half our kitchen tile floor removed for mitigation of a dishwasher leak. From beginning to end the people of Cascade Floor were pleasant and enjoyable to work with. Kevan planned and scheduled our replacement. He was knowledgeable, organized, and quick to return our calls. For installation we were lucky to get Dan. He pulled out our old floor and replaced it with a wonderful new floor. We were really impressed with his workmanship and attention to detail. We love our new kitchen tile floor. Thank you!

We are so pleased with the new flooring we recently had installed from Cascade Flooring. Jeff was very helpful in helping us pick out the right kind of flooring & we appreciated his guidance on color & style. He was very responsive to any & all questions we had & we are so grateful for all his help. We are also grateful for the installer, Vladmir & his son.
They did an excellent job putting the floors down & worked very hard to make sure the floors looked beautiful when they were done. They were extremely organized & tidy. Cleaned up every day. Our furniture was put back were it belonged & they were kind enough to put the felt pads we had on all the furniture legs. Thanks for a job excellently done.

Wow what a fantastic experience! From Kevan in the showroom, helping us pick out exactly what we needed. Really doing an exceptional job with setting our expectations. To Rich who came to measure and explained not only what he was doing but why it mattered. To the installation crew, Gary, Jay and Alonso who were fast, efficient with great attention to detail. The new floor is gorgeous, and the customer service is second to none!

I wish I could give 10 Stars for the Cascade Flooring America team, everyone was beyond helpful and showed so much professionalism. Our flooring installation was delayed originally due to Covid but Jeff was right on it in getting us rescheduled as soon as we were able. Vladimir was our installer and he was one of the hardest workers I have ever seen! He demo'd and installed almost 800sqft of flooring by himself in just two days! Thank You Cascade Flooring for making our home look brand new!
