We were looking to redo the entire main floor of our house, Reid at Carpets Plus was great to work with. No pressure as we looked at samples and once he saw what we were looking for he pulled similar samples. He was very responsive to any questions and kept us updated on the ordering and installation process. TD Flooring who they contracted to do the installation was amazing. Work was cleaned each night. Crew was very friendly and professional.

Had a fantastic experience purchasing flooring for the first level of our house (living room, kitchen and laundry room). Kodiak was an excellent salesperson patiently working thru various options to help us make the best selection for our project. The installer (Dylan) was phenomenal where he was extremely meticulous, detail oriented and led to a very high quality install. Carpets Plus was great. Everyone there was extremely helpful. We did new vinyl plank flooring throughout our entire house. It was a pretty big job. The order came in fast and with a good price. We came up short and they were able to get what we needed right away. The flooring looks perfect and has held up under everything my family and dogs have thrown at it. Thank you Carpets Plus. I would definitely recommend them.

I had some Tarkett flooring installed in two bedrooms. Months later I found a bump under the floor from a piece of debris that was left and called them to come look at it. Dave looked at it and agreed to fix it but never got back to me as promised and I let it go as I have a very busy work schedule. Fast forward 3 years and each piece of Tarkett flooring is buckled up/curling up from the sides and the floor looks like an ocean. 6 months have past since I first called this problem in. 3 people have already looked at the floor and took pictures.
Each of the 3 have confirmed the floor is bad and said it will be replaced under the lifetime warranty but now they say a 4th person needs to look at it. I've been waiting over 2 months for this 4th person, calling the people that have already been here but they just blow me off.

Absolute All-Stars! Very impressed, out new house needed just under 1,200 square feet of carpet involving 4 rooms, 2 closets, a crawl space and stairs. We went in with a somewhat vague explanation of what we were looking for, but knowing what we didn't like. Brian Thiede was great! He helped us quickly narrow down our best options, given our budget constraints.
They even directed us towards a similar (and higher quality) carpet that had been marked down lower than our original option! Installers were also very professional, polite, and quick. Carpet has held up great! Will definitely use these guys again!

Wow! First of all, I have to say hands down, THE BEST customer service skills I've had the pleasure of, Brian really hooked us up! We named our price, we explained what we needed in carpeting and he saved us big bucks, upped us to the best padding and got the ball rolling for installation WITHIN THE HOUR! Top notch! And I'm definitely planning to return once it's time to replace the hallways/upstairs bedrooms. Seriously, I'm super thrilled about the experience!
