So I needed durable carpet for my stairs and I was referred to Carpetorium. From day one, the owner was punctual and showed up with his folder full of samples, he patiently walked me through and helped pick a carpet that was suitable to my needs. His pricing was fair and I paid a deposit and scheduled a day to install. When I had issues with the install date, he was flexible and kept in touch with me until my stairs were ready. On the appointed date, he was very punctual and soon had my carpet installed, he then cleaned up and gave some tips on care.for all your carpeting needs look no further!

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE hamid was referred by a local contractor who was doing work in my home. He stopped by within a day or so to price the job, was incredibly friendly and made the process very simple. returned the next with exactly what i ordered and made sure it was installed properly! also an animal lover which helped as my 100lb Labrador greeted sat on his lap while i picked out the carpet!

Absolutely horrible service. I could have done a better job with no experience installing the carpet. The owner and a helper showed up. The owner immediately took off as soon as he arrived leaving the helper alone to install padding, and less than 600sq ft of carpet 1 set of stairs I paid over $3000 for a disappointing install many visible seams, looks like an inexperienced dyi job. Carpet looks unkempt. Scratched up floor trim and doors so bad had to refinish a lot of areas. Did not even have the courtesy to vacuum when job was done. Would never use them again.

Very polite, knowledgeable, and informative staff. Prices are very fair and all work was done quickly and without error. I've been assured that if my floor buckles or turns at all within ten years, it will be remedied free of charge, although I do not believe I will have to take advantage of this warrantee for some time. Overall an excellent place to start the search for a new floor covering. Thanks for reading.
