The flooring took quite a while to arrive, but that was my fault for ordering during covid. Amir was great. He kept me up to date on notices of expected delivery. He scheduled me quickly after it arrived. The installers arrived on time. They were friendly and professional. They answered all my questions. I was replacing floor after water damage. They made sure everything was good before putting down the new floors.

The job was done well and quicker than expected. Got it done in 2 days instead of 3. They kept the site clean and everything came out great. I'm very happy and would use them again.

We recently bought new hardwood, was able to help me with this process. He suggested hardwood samples and had them sent to my home to review. He had someone come out and take measurements to ensure the correct yards needed. He also gave me a great education lesson on carpet types.

Just used Carpet USA to completely redo three of our bathrooms. Not only their pricing was reasonable, they did a great job installing ceramic tiles in our bathrooms. In here I have to add this the third time Capet USA has done projects for us. They were on time, and very efficient. It was pleasure working with James. He gave the best deal possible, and also was on the top project. He visited our house daily to check on the progress of his employees. I found Class Carpet USA & Tile in Google search. After reading all reviews, I decided to call and set an appointment with them. I've never expected that this company has a unique and high quality standard comparing to other company. Their entire products tempted me to bought one. The texture, color, durability and quality are all present here. I bought the area rug carpet at a very affordable rate that can last longer and it's easy to clean according to their staff name Kevin. He also gave me nice suggestions when it comes to selecting the materials what I am looking for. I will definitely go back to this shop again

Had to replace my wooden floors in my house due to a slab leak. Decided to install porcelain tiles for the kitchen and bathroom. Happened to drive by Carpet USA and was helped by James. He gave some good prices on some very nice porcelain tiles that my wife picked out. He also came out same day for a free estimate on install. I am a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to work being done on my house. James assured me that his installer was excellent. turns out Carlos (the installer) was very good.

They were also very accommodating in regards to working around my fridge that I did not want removed from the kitchen. They even installed some pre-cut baseboard that needed extra trimming. Overall I was very pleased with the work James and and his crew did. James offers excellent service and will try to accommodate you through the whole process. Highly recommended!
