I had such a pleasant experience at this place. The owner was very patient, super friendly and helped me pick out something that I was looking for. She was not trying to sell anything expensive but instead took time to help me pick out good quality carpet but try to save money as well. If you are picky and looking for affordable carpet, you have to visit this place! Their price can be comparable to wholesale that contractors purchase material from. I def will come back for more carpet for my house.

This is a long time established business in Plymouth, and we recently came back to look into kitchen flooring. The fils at the store were very helpful, and we subsequently had it installed. We are very happy with the value of the product, the installation process, and the overall sales experience.

Carpet Remnant Warehouse is a great family business to cover all of your flooring needs. Install was on Schedule, fast, and Courteous installer. I received 3 quotes prior to install and they where the most cost efficient. Very happy with end result and high quality install.

Found what I was looking for in less than 30 minutes. Customer service is excellent. We will be going back to purchase a room size rug in a couple of months. I loved the prices.

By far this is the best and I mean best carpet store that I haven't counted in my 19 years in my present home, and I have had many a carpet put down by professionals. With that being said I called talk to Jacoby made an appointment for the very next day I am within less than two weeks my carpet was in the wall the wall in gray and it's beautiful I'll post some pictures and a later date, I'm doing the room over new paint new carpet new bedroom set so the carpet just tied it all in. Installer took his time was here most the day and I can't say enough How pleased I am from start to finish I wish I could give it more than five stars. I highly obviously recommend them. Thank you

I have bought several high quality, reasonably priced carpet remnants here. The last one needed to be custom-cut, and when I got it home it was a little big - their error, not mine. They owned the mistake and sent someone out to my home very quickly to fix it, even though they were hours away from me. Mistakes happen - businesses and people with integrity don't just happen: its a choice they make. I will gladly be going there today to purchase another remnant and I trust that my experience will be satisfactory.

I love these guys! Great prices, and they pick up/deliver and serge cut all the pieces into custom size rugs. Highly recommend them for anyone in Plymouth or nearby.

I hired Carpet Remnant Warehouse to install carpet in my basement and hardwood floors on the main floor. Originally, I had Lowe's do an estimate but smaller jobs are not their bread and butter; a colleague had referred me to Carpet Remnants and their professionalism, quality to detail and customer service is largely why I went with them; they also came in at half the price as Lowe's. If you are looking for to support a local business and have top-notch quality, I would highly suggest Carpet Remnant.

Michelle and Jacoby (sp?) are wonderful! Jacoby even opened up a few minutes early. He spent time to walk me through what would be best for a moderate traffic area. Excellent selection and very fair prices! I look forward to scheduling it for installation! I would HIGHLY recommend taking a look here BEFORE going anywhere else! Most places are closed on Sunday.

Being a Sabbath observer, I am very happy that this place is open on Sunday as I observe the Sabbath and am unable to go on Saturday. Again, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Update: Carpet installed! The installer was very professional and careful.the end result is amazing! Highly recommend!

Great job! I had carpet and vinyl plank flooring done at my cape house. Very helpful picking out flooring and carpet, Installation went very well. I ordered more carpet to be installed. I received quotes from a big box store and a national chain, Carpet Remnant Warehouse was 2 grand cheaper! Shop local! I highly recommend them!

My house has only ever used carpeting and flooring from Carpet Remnant Warehouse, 20+ years. Very affordable, professional, and the quality is first rate.

I was shocked to read the one star review and imagine it must be a mistake. I was preparing my Cape Cod home for sale and needed to replace the carpet in five rooms and the stairs - total of 1497 square feet. I worked with Jacobe Botelho, who I believe is the owner - he was very available and responsive from the start. I generally described what I was looking for -- a nice semi-premium carpet for the rooms and stairs.

He recommended a poly sisal for one room to replace the berber that was there and a Hazel San Miguel for the rest. The square foot cost installed with 8 lb padding with tax and carpet removal was 3.25 per square foot. The terms were very fair 50% on order, 50% on completion. His crew did a seamless installation working around our availability. I visited his store before installation and changed a color -- met Jacobe, who was again very available and helpful.

I cannot think of a single portion of the experience that wasn't completely professional and well-done. The cost was fair and upfront -- there were no surprises or additional costs. The work was done in May of 2012 so I'm a bit late in entering this review. Initially I was just searching for CRW because I recently spoke with someone I wanted to recommend CRW to and then when I saw the one star review (which I would guess is an outlier as my experience was along the lines of the other five star review) I had to take the time to write my experience. I would give more stars if possible and will certainly return to CRW if I ever have another carpet need in the area.

Good selection of rugs at affordable prices. I recommend you check them out before you spend an arm and a leg elsewhere. Friendly, professional and customer-focused experience. Will definitely be back.
