Carpet City

We had a wonderful experience with Bill at carpet city. He was very responsive and professional. Both Bill and Mark did an amazing job assisting us with selecting our carpet. It is difficult completing tasks such as selecting carpet with small children and Mark was EXTREMELY patient as we took our time making our decisions. Hector and Luis did an excellent job installing the carpet. Overall we were very happy with our experience. We do wish that there were more padding options but are happy with our selection of carpet.

Visited 3 times to get quotes for a substantial amount of flooring and was told they would call us with the price and never hear back. Won't be returning a fourth time to spend hour's looking at flooring we will never find out the price of.

Mark at carpet city is great! This was a wonderful experience. Price was fair. As promised carpet arrived When Mark said it would. The installers arrived on time and did an excellent job. I will definitely return for any carpet needs. The new showroom also is very impressive.
