Can YUS Hardwood Floors

I stopped by to see their cabinet styles. Like their cabinets design and the color. I asked John to check on the color availability and the time frame. He said he will check Monday (we was there on Saturday). I called 4:00Pm on Monday to follow, and he said he has been out and hasn't had a chance to so so and asked to get back to me the next day.

He never called or text to let me know if the color I would like to order is available. I do not understand. All you need to say is Yes, it is available or sorry it is not available. Silence does not help any business growths. I can only give two stars since he is very informative and patient during the time we are at his office.

I had to remodel my 16x30 sunroom behind my house. I was recommended Sunway Floors by the contractor that would be working on the sunroom. I contacted the number that was provided and was able to reach John. The initial phone call with John was very pleasant. He was always available by phone after that as well. John took the order that was suggested by the contractor and immediately provided me with pictures via text message.

The vinyl flooring for the sunroom looks a lot like hardwood floor and is also water resistant. (This is extremely helpful as it is very good against rain, spills, and etc.) The payment was taken over the phone as well. The logistics of it took less than 10 minutes. They have 3 locations, I visited the Santa Clara location and they have a nice little show room for the flooring and cabinets if you'd prefer to see it. In the pictures that are provided, you will see the before and after. The difference is night and day. I highly recommend Sunway Floors!

I've been getting my floors from this supplier since 2005 for every new home renovations. Floors are great, long lasting and look as new as when purchased decade later! Great customer service and to do business with as well.

I stopped in Sunway on a whim and am glad I did. Our project involved matching existing almost 10 year old bamboo flooring and John was a huge help. He even went out to his warehouse across the bridge to track down matching molding and reducers. Our project is nearing completion but I will definitely return to Sunway for our next project.

I ha a need for a specific type and color transition molding. Sunway had a lard selection of both wood and synthetic products. I found what I needed at my first store. Thank You! Tom

Wow what a great surprise! John was a super helpful and pleasant salesman. He really knows his wood products and they have very reasonable prices. Have been searching multiple hardwood supply stores from San Carlos to San Jose to match our existing flooring to repair a small area of damage. They have all their wood products in stock which was super helpful.

He was so sympathetic to my struggle he offered us a free 8 ft trim piece. Much more pleasant experience than a nearby wood superstore. Slightly limited wood selection options since they have their wood in stocks. Highly recommend visiting their store.

My contractor referred me to this location. I didn't know anything about flooring material and costs. John was then manager on site and was very helpful. He explained the different types of materials and also comparing costs. At the end I ended up also purchasing kitchen cabinets with the floors. Awesome service! Recommend to anyone.

One of the worst place ever to call. rude very rude over the phone. they have big mouth guy over the phone. wish google has 0 star rating i wouldnt even bother to give 0 star. no wonder this place is pricy as hell. bcoz they cant sell anything.

Since the other views were mixed, I was hesitate to visit this store. I'm glad that I stopped by. We absolutely love Sunway! We had a huge remodel project - a large kitchen and three bedrooms. Everything turned out better than we ever imagined! I did my homework. Sunway's pricing is very competitive. We would have paid a fortune, but they made this project financially feasible. I can't recommend this company enough and will visit them if we need more wood flooring and cabinets.

I used Sunway laminate flooring when I remodeled quite a few years back. The quality of the material is great and the floor has held up very well. Unfortunately, during some moving there was some damage to the floor. I have spare laminate so all I really needed was to get a new quarter round piece. I was able to get a hold of John. He was knowledgable, friendly and very helpful.

I asked if I could get a sample to see how the new quarter round would look and John actually gave me the strip. This I did not expect and that is true customer service. If you are looking at flooring needs consider going to Sunway Floors and be sure to contact John.

We purchased a home in Dec, 2016. After removing a 1970's style black lava corner chimney, we found the floor under the chimney was the vinyl flooring that was under the laminate flooring in the rest of the room. We checked several stores but could not find anything similar to cover the floor. Underneath one piece of the laminate floor was printed 2008 Sunway.

I called Sunway floors to see if they still sold the product. John, from Sunway floors was very helpful. After asking a few questions he informed me the product was no longer available but said he would check on something and would call back in a few minutes. As promised he quickly called back and let me know he had a few loose pieces I could have.

The pieces worked perfectly. John went above and beyond to help us resolve our flooring challenge. Great customer service! We plan to use Sunway floors for our next flooring project.

This is a factory direct cabinet and flooring company that has been in business for over 20 years. I think its product quality and selection is very good at great price. I told them that I found them on Google, they offered me a special deal. Well worth the drive.

I have been to this store in the last two years. John was very helpful with anything i needed from cabinets, vanity and floorings. The quality is good for what i pay for.

Terrible store! I will definitely tell everyone that never buy floors here. After you paid for your desired floor, there are big chances that they will replace them with low-quality and over-stocked ones without telling you during loading. My contractor said that's one of the methods how they make the "black" profits. The below picture shows what I paid for and what I got. My contractor said it is usual for them to do this. Upon notifying their fault, I only got a few "sorry", but does "sorry" make any difference?

My experience w/ Sunway has been great -- John took my calls and was really helpful and responsive. Let me send him pics of what I was looking for, providing matches and insight over the phone and email. He went above and beyond to help me out - staying late to make sure I got what I needed.

We used them for our bathroom vanities. Solid wood construction. Very durable. Nice varnishes. One of their panels was slightly off color, but nothing noticeable unless you are a perfectionist. Great price and delivered on time. They were OK and got the job done at a good price.

Beware if you decide to buy from this store! I purchased 850 sq. ft "Brazilian Maple" engineering wood from this store, only to find out that almost half of them is in very poor condition. The contractor said they are not real "Brazilian Maple". If you don't care what you'll get, try to buy from them. My suggestion: Stay away!
