It was just pain getting refund on undelivered purchased. Customer service does not exist all you get is promises when you call. They will not update about your order. So make note when you put your deposit asked if you will be able to get back if they cannot fulfill your order on promised date, if not stay away. If yes make sure that it will be specified on the contract.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Burlington Carpet One in Marlton, NJ. We had a complex hallway and stair runner project that involved four landings and the Burlington Carpet One team did an amazing job! I envisioned all of the pieces between the stairs and two hallways being connected and they made it happen. The team was courteous, efficient, and tidy, and the end result is extremely high quality.

We got our vinyl flooring from there. Jamie and Eric recommended us to buy a few extra boxes just in case. They were SURE that the material is returnable with no problems. After the job is done. We had 5 boxes extra. When we bought it in for return. They told me they couldn't return it, blaming on the manufacture. We asked them many times about return policy. They were so SURE of it. Now we're stuck with 5 boxes.

Eric and his whole team were so amazing to work with! Eric was very patient and explained the entire process then helped us pick the perfect color and style. He also provided great pricing! Once the rugs were in, his team installed them. They were so professional and respectful (followed all covid restrictions to keep everyone safe). They did a fantastic job with the installation.

I had a wonderful experience working with Eric at Burlington Carpet One. He was friendly, honest and super responsive. I re-carpeted my lower level with a beautiful, high quality carpet for a great price. It was shipped quickly and installed right away. The contractor they hired who actually installed my floors was awesome. I couldn't find a site to review independently - it was Rob with Quality Floor Covering. My floors look great, he was friendly, quick and neat. From the beginning my experience buying hardwood floors for my house was great. There was no pressure in selling me something (which I had at another store I went to) and the installation was on time and without any aggravation. The installers were also very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were very happy. Great store run by great local people. I actually just had them do my office floors as well which I think look great! - Highly recommend!
