Floors after being refinished look brand new. Steve and crew were extremely professional and the attention to detail was phenomenal. When they say 99% dust free that is what they mean. We have dark granite in kitchen and had a hard time finding any dust, but if there was any, they kept it clean during the refinishing process. We are perfectionist, as well as Steve and his crew! We are satisfied in every way!

Black Forest Hardwood refinished my Kitchen, dinette and foyer wood floors. After 20 years of wear, tear, and many dogs my wood floors needed a LOT of TLC. I had 4 other bids from other wood floor refinishing companies but none came close to offering what Black Forest offers and includes in the price. There was no dust, let me repeat, there was NO dust to clean up as they have a specialized sander that sucks up all the dust as it sands. was truly amazed.
They did a beautiful job on my floors, they look brand new. I was comfortable with the boys in my home and there were NO unplesent surprises or charges. From receiving the estimate to completion of the job everything was handled very professionally. There dustless process is truly dustless. Alex who did the work takes pride in his job and making sure it is done right. The cost was very reasonable we had them refinish all the wood floors in the house. I would highly recommend this company.

Steve, Sabrina, And Alex were great both in scheduling, talking through the options, but best of all, in the quality of the work they did. The floors (100 year old maple) came out excellent. As you can imagine, they were scarred from use and required careful sanding and finishing. My wife and I really appreciated the care and precision with which the team worked. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to all.

Steve and his crew were simply the best team we've ever had working on or in our home. They did a beautiful job in refinishing our floors following some water damage from a leaking toilet that we didn't notice until to late. They were always on time, and the work was completed when they said it would be. There was virtually no dust to speak of when finished. The insurance company offered to pay for someone to do dust removal, but we declined as it wasn't needed. We couldn't be happier with the work done by Black Forest!

We were so impressed with our experience with Black Forest. The estimate that we received from Steve was very clear and concise. The project stayed on budget as expected. The project was completed earlier than expected. Sabrina in the office is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The crew that worked on our floors were courteous and professional.

Outstanding job on the floors! Steve and his team did an amazing job adding new hardwood floors and blending them perfectly with the existing floors. The house looks amazing! I was also impressed by how professional and accommodating the Black Forest team was. Everything was on time and the house was dust free and immaculate. I've never had hardwood floors this beautiful! I'm thrilled with the job they did!

Black Forest proved to be an excellent company, they brought our 67 year old floors back to life! Thanks to their dustless sanding equipment we were able to stay in our house while they finished the floors. We just had Black Forest put new wood in 2 rooms and weave it in to the old wood that was already in 2 rooms. The floors are absolutely beautiful. They came on schedule, were very professional, and left no mess at all. They have a dustless system that is amazing. They kept us informed on what was going on, and called if they were going to be late.
You can't tell where the old floor meets the new floor. They were great in helping us find the perfect custom color. Raymond was great to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again. They did a terrific job.

Great company. Steve educated me on my options for repair and refinishing my floors. He made sure I understood all options and what he recommended and why. He and Alex showed up and did a fantastic job with a repair, flush mount vent cover, and refinish. It is beautiful.! They are smart, professional, kept me informed, and gave me lots of info on care and maintenance. I would absolutely recommend Black Forest floors and will use them in the future for the rest of my floors!
