I can't say enough about the work done on my kitchen floor. They were professional, helpful and did a fantastic job. They taped up everything so my home didn't get the floor dust everywhere. Most importantly my floors look amazing. I was impressed at the level of professionalism. Thank you for a job well done.

Louis has replaced floors both on our main floor (in a hurry due to a pest issue) and upstairs (because the main floor looked so good). All the work was done proficiently, on budget, and in a clear and organized manner. There were no up-sale games and Louis was easy to reach and quick to answer any questions and anxieties. His team fixed any surprise issues that arose with ease. And everything looks great!

Louis and his guys did an incredible job refinishing our floors! We called Louis to see if he'd be able to get our floors refinished in time for us to move in- we only had a 2 week window- and he had people and the floors done 3 days before our move in time! They are incredible! And the guys were wonderful too! Kind, and extremely helpful! If you need hardwood floors refinished I couldn't recommend them more!

Wow! I am still pinching myself as I write this review. I had reached out to Louis and his team this past January (2020) as my husband and I had recently purchased our first home and had a failed attempt to refinish the original hardwood floors ourselves. We reached out to Louis with a tight timeline as we needed to move in to the house within the week. Louis and his team were able to step in and refinished our beautiful hardwood floors just in time for us to move in.

We couldn't be more grateful for their ability to work on our timeline and truly did a fantastic job erasing the damage from the prior owners. Recently, my parents visited and accidentally placed some duct tape on our hardwood floors. I reached out to Louis to see if they could be repaired and he kindly offered to come the next day for the repair free of charge. He truly had the best customer service and I cannot be happier we have worked with him!'

Louis and his guys were incredible! He could fit us in on short notice to refinish our floors, they were professional, kind, and clearly experts at their craft! In just about a day and a half they completely refinished the floors in our upstairs and matched it to the floors on the main level! I couldn't believe that they could make the floors look as nice as they do!

Louis was professional and courteous from the first communication until the final inspection. He and his crew provided exceptional customer service as they brought our very tired wood floors back to beautiful life! My questions were answered promptly and respectfully. I have used Beaulieu Floors Inc for ten years on various flooring projects for my house. Awesome customer service, excellent quality in products they use and great attention to detail in the way they do the work. My recent house project was to finish and stain the flooring in my daughter's room. Biggest hurdle was to match the color to the hallway flooring.

Color matching turned out so well because Beaulieu spent a lot of time with me testing out samples until I was happy. 5 star rating for this company. Definitely recommend them.

Beaulieu recently refinished my 75 year old hardwoods upstairs. Louis Beaulieu is wonderful, as is his crew. Professional, clean, thoughtful, and very fairly priced. I first saw his work when I had an addition built ~10 years ago and my builder used him. Thank goodness I remembered his name. On that job he perfectly blended the original hardwoods to new hardwood in the addition. I am more than satisfied.

I strongly recommend Louis and his team. I searched across the DMV for a customer service oriented business to refinish my floors. Louis reached out soon after I contacted his team online and arranged an initial consultation. He spent a good length of time with me discussing the various issues with my floors and my goals for the finished product. In a way we became partners in the process.

The project was finished within a few days, exactly as promised and Louis followed up soon thereafter with an inspection of the work his team had completed. The team was very respectful of my home while refinishing the floors, too. The price is fair and the work was professional, quality, and got out every stain and issue I had pointed out in the initial consultation with Louis. My brother recommended Beaulieu Floors to me and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the owner to the crew, everyone was professional and hard working. The crew realized the first day the subfloor was going to take a lot more work to get up and Louis made sure to add help so they could get the job done as quickly as possible. Louis followed up with a walk through after they were done and talked to me about upkeep and maintenance so I will be happy with the floors for years to come.

I recently had new carpet installed by Beaulieu Floors. I LOVE my new carpet and the new look it brings to my space. My experience choosing a carpet was excellent, Mr. Beaulieu knows his product. He listened to what I wanted and was very patient helping me choose the right carpet for my bedroom. I was very pleased with the installation, the installers were professional, and did not hesitate to answer my questions. I would highly recommend Beaulieu Floors.

We had hardwood floors refinished by Beaulieu in 2016. We then hired Beaulieu in 2018 to remove carpet and install new hardwood on our second floor. And now in 2019 we have had hardwood floor refinished in another house. All 3 times we were satisfied with the work. Louis Beaulieu gives good advice. The prices are reasonable and the workers are efficient and polite.

We had a 36" x 36" area of hardwood that needed to be replaced. They worked with my schedule to come out and get the job done. As I had the replacement planks, they needed to figure out what thickness of plywood to install beneath it. They did an excellent job, and my floor looks fabulous! Very happy with them. They are now my 'go to' guys for all my flooring needs. Flexiable scheduling and reasonably priced.

We have had them refinish our hardwood floors in two of our homes. They do amazing work and their price is fair. We are absolutely amazed at how well our floors look and how it changed the whole feeling of the home. The men who do the work are trustworthy and highly skilled. I recently listed and sold a home in Kingstowne (Alexandria, VA) and my clients put in new carpeting to help the home look its best. I asked them who they used since I really found the quality of installation and work to be excellent. I then referred Beaulieu Floors to real estate client in Reston who ended up purchasing new carpet and installation from them.

Then when another Realtor I work with asked for a recommendation for a quick carpet removal. I sent Beaulieu their way.and they had only good things to say about how professional and timely they were!
