Great place! Large choices of tile and all other tile setting needs. Friendly sales associates, everyone was extremely helpful. Their pricing was also very good. Less expensive than the big box stores. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Service was spot on. They gave us samples of what we liked. Informed us the Tempe location had more to see. They gave us a list of installers.

The staff at Arizona Tile is so helpful! You can pick up samples for your next tile project to try in your own home in your lighting and surroundings. Then you are sure your project will be a success. The designers are very knowledgeable of the products and are immense help.

I was visiting from out of town, and stopped in to the Prescott, Arizona store to view porcelain tile. Sandy Stretton immediately offered her help. I explained I were building a new home, located in another state. She listened to my preferences, and immediately showed possibilities consistent with those preferences. In other tile showrooms, I have had the experience (more than once), where the showroom staff showed me what they thought I should like.

I brought my husband back in a week later to show him my two preferred choices installed. Again, Sandy spent lots of time with both of us. She is very knowledgeable and gave us great ideas to consider in making our final choice. When I write a review, even a positive review, they are usually brief. Sandy was so exceptional, I felt compelled to give more detail. Thank you Sandy!

Seems I am always wanting to remodel something, this time it was changing the tile on a hearth. I love Arizona Tile as they have so many large pieces of tile on display, actual sections of tiled floor throughout the store, with all the current colors/sizes/materials. I always take samples home before making a decision. April, Allen, and all their staff are super helpful. My order of Friday was in on Tuesday.

I used Larry and the crew at AZ Floor to do laminate and carpeting at my mother's home, and laminate at my home several years ago. They were less expensive than everywhere else I looked and the crew was professional, clean and quick for both jobs. They even came in on short notice about a year later and fixed a portion of the floor after I had a small flood.

I was so impressed, I called him again to redo the flooring in the rest of my house this year. Little did I know that the laminate I wanted to extend into other rooms is no longer manufactured, but he went on the hunt and found the last boxes in the country in a warehouse! I highly recommend AZ Floor!

The sales people are helpful and they will provide you with samples of any of their products. They have a decent selection of mid to high end tile and natural stone and have good show areas for a lot of their tiles laid out on the floor. Their porcelain tile we saw was all Italian whereas the big box stores carry mostly Chinese tile. Its a good place to go if you doubt the quality of the tile at the big orange or blue stores and don't mind paying about $2-3 more per square foot. We personally got some tile samples from Lowes that weren't completely flat.

We were very happy with our floor tile selection from Arizona Tile in Prescott. April Moyer was a wonderful, professional consultant. She helped us in many ways. She let us borrow samples for an indefinite amount of time, she did not pressure us in any way, We are very happy with her knowledge.
