Christine at Absolute Flooring was a pleasure to work with. After I shortlisted a few different vinyl planks for my porch, she encouraged me to take their display samples (large 2' x 3' boards) home to evaluate which looks best in the space. She was very knowledgeable and also helped me get answers to some technical queries about the planks from the manufacturers. The ordering process was very efficient and their prices were excellent! Absolute flooring staff was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. The staff in the showroom was very accommodating when it came to helping me pick out my carpet. They gave lots of suggestions, and let me take the samples home to see how they would work in my space - and never any pressure to place an order. The installation staff was just as great.
They were courteous, their work was neat and all was cleaned up after. I would definitely recommend them- as I am a repeat customer! And they are a local company - not a big box store.

Absolute Flooring installed 2 new hardwood floors for us when they said they would, at the price they originally quoted. They were clean and efficient. Christine did an excellent job finding a good match to the rest of our hardwood floors and she was great to work with. The person installing the floors also did a great job. We were very happy overall with the job they did for us. Would definitely use them again.

Absolute Flooring of Yorktown was easily the best choice for us for our flooring needs. They installed our wood floors throughout most of the house a few years ago and the installation was neat, professional, and flawless when all was said and done. More recently, we bought tile for our floor and backsplash for an upcoming project and they were so helpful every step of the way in our decision process up to notifying us of delivery and scheduling pick-up. Christine was who we dealt with most, but all of the staff and owners are a pleasure to deal with.

Absolute Flooring was very accommodating during the entire process. When picking out the floor they made suggestions based on our needs and their experience working with certain types of products. Their input was very helpful especially since we were installing this floor in a rental. The install went smoothly and the mechanic did a nice job on the finishing molding. No complaints whatsoever and would not hesitate to use them again. Have used them before and always had the same positive results.

The staff at Absolute Flooring were very helpful and knowledgeable. With a huge selection and tons of samples to bring home, we were able to select the perfect flooring that met our wants and needs. Absolute was also very competitive when it came to pricing. If you're in the market for new flooring I would highly recommend checking these guys out.
